Lolita Shares Her Reformer I & II

Joseph Pilates was, like the most important piece of equipment he created, a truly universal reformer of bodies. In her Reformer workshop, which includes over 100 exercises, First generation Master Teacher Lolita shares her warm-up, starting with seated breathing, side stretches, rotation leading to variations that emphasize sequencing, transitions, cueing, peppered with historical anecdotes of her teachers, Joseph and Clara Pilates and Carola Trier-as well as the latest kinesiology and scientific findings. Lolita Shares Her Pilates Cadillac

First generation Master Teacher Lolita San Miguel shares her knowledge as learned from her teachers Joseph and Clara Pilates, plus the latest kinesiology and scientific findings. A workout sprinkled with interesting and amusing historical anecdotes about her teachers. Her students consider her energy, charm and wisdom as “awesome” and her workout very challenging. A Client’s First Session

Essential determinants must be assessed at that very important first meeting with a client. First Generation Master Teacher Lolita details the process that must be followed, from the “Welcome” through the client’s medical history, posture check, history of the Method, a taste of all the equipment and Mat work with tips for homework suggestions.  PMA CEC of 3 hrs

First Generation Master Teacher and former ballerina Lolita San Miguel, trained and certified by Joseph & Clara Pilates, Polestar Pilates Education and P.M.A., shares tips and suggestions from her wealth of information garnered from over 50 years’ experience in training and teaching the Pilates Method. Seniors Workshop Including BodyWalk

A Pilates workout aimed to improve if not completely reverse the loss of balance, the diminution in pulmonary capacity, circulation, flexibility, range of movement, coordination, slowing of reflexes, mental acuity and concentration human beings experience in the Golden Years. The workshop includes BodyWalk, providing a an upper body workout while walking, based on Pilates principles. PMA CEC of 3 hrs

Mat for All

Lolita San Miguel is convinced that Mat work is the basis of the Pilates Method, and is committed to integrating the new findings from sports science into her “classic” work in order to harmonize and unify Pilates industry practice. Workout Includes warm-up and cool-down and the latest modifications, sequencing and flowing movements.  PMA CEC of 3 to 6 hrs
